Warren Gatland has disclosed the names of the players that will make up Wales’ squad for their upcoming test series.
Wales will face Australia, Georgia, New Zealand and South Africa over the course of November/December, in what will be Gatland’s first matches back in charge of the side following his summer excursions with the British and Irish Lions.

Nine Lions are in the squad, along with five uncapped new faces.
Leon Brown, Elliot Dee, Sam Cross, Owen Watkin and Hadleigh Parkes are the new faces on the panel, in a squad that also sees Wyn Jones, Seb Davies, Adam Beard, Aled Davies, Owen Williams and Steffan Evans all retain their places having featured for the first time during the nation’s summer tour.
Rhys Webb keeps his place in the squad despite his decision to move to Toulon next summer, which will render him ineligible for international selection there after under new WRU rules..
Gatland spoke glowingly of his squad as the countdown to the 2019 World Cup now truly begins in earnest:
“I’m really excited about this squad as we kick off the two year countdown to the 2019 RWC.
“We see this series as an opportunity to expose some players to the test environment and continue to build our game as we look ahead to two years time.”
Wales kick off the test series against the Wallabies at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on November 11th, before playing the following tests on the three consecutive Saturdays after.
