Gloucester Rugby Have Released A Brand New Logo And Kit

They’re ringing in the changes these days in Gloucestershire.

The Cherry and Whites have undergone a revamp in regards to their squad in recent days, having confirmed the signings of Matt Banahan, Franco Marais, Jaco Kriel and of course, Danny Cipriani.

Cipriani’s joined from rivals Wasps just yesterday, staying on English soil in order to keep his World Cup hopes alive.

The changes haven’t been restricted to playing staff and the Kingsholm playing surface, though.

The English Premiership side have released a new official logo, and while it does look all very modern and slick, it might get up the nose of traditionalists.

The new logo was released as part of a massive promotional video.

As a consequence of the new emblem, a similarly fresh home kit was also in order.

Even the front gates to Kingsholm and the team coach have been replaced.

Gloucester were unable to qualify for the Premiership play-offs, losing out to semi-finalists Saracens before being defeated by Cardiff Blues in the Challenge Cup final in their last outing, but will approach the new season with a spring in their step.
