Watch: Justin Gaethje Posts Video Hysterically Crying After Rose Namajunas Title Victory

Justin Gaethje is now one of the most highly rated fighters plying his trade in the UFC’s lightweight division and is even been talked about as a potential suitor to Conor McGregor’s crown.

However, it seems that the hardman certainly has a soft side to him as, after watching his teammate claim the women’s strawweight title on Saturday night, Gaethje lost control of his emotions as he posted a raw video reacting to Rose Namajunas’s victory over Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

Namajunas was the heavy underdog heading into the bout against a champion who had already successfully defended her belt on five occasions and was undefeated prior to UFC 217.

However, despite the fact that very few were even giving her a chance against her Polish opponent on Saturday, Namajunas looked a class apart in Madison Square Garden, stopping Jedrzejczyk in the very first round.

After all was said and done, Justin Gaethje got extremely emotional as the magnitude of what his teammate had achieved on Saturday night sunk in.

Oh my God, I’m f**king crying right now. Believe in your f**cking self! Rose is my f**king hero and idol! Oh my God! F**k yeah!

I am so proud of you @rosenamajunas
