Irish Super League team Garvey’s Tralee Warriors B.C might well look to recruit Kerry footballer Barry John Keane after his half-time exploits at the complex in Tralee this evening.
The Warriors welcomed UCD Marian to the Kingdom for a top of the table clash, but despite the fact that some of the country’s best basketball talent was on display it appears as though Kerin O’Rahilly’s club man Keane stole the show with an outrageous half-court shot at the break.

Barry John got game.
The shot obviously lifted the spirits of Tralee fans, whose side had gone in 13 points behind the visiting Dublin outfit at half-time. The joy was short-lived however, as Marian went on to record a comprehensive 63-92 victory to usurp the Warriors at the top of the Irish Super League table.
