Liverpool are having a fantastic season. Third in the Premier League with second place a distinct possibility, not to mention their upcoming Champions League semi-final against Roma which they are well capable of winning – it could be a special season if they manage to reach the final in Kiev, where anything can happen.
Well, it seems that the club are keen to take advantage of all the positivity by releasing a brand new kit before the 2018/19 season begins.
Liverpool’s current kit was released early, too, in April 2017, so it wouldn’t be a surprise that they release another one in the coming weeks.
Pictures have surfaced online to what the new home kit will look like and there are some big differences compared to the current version.
First of all, they have gone away from the full white-striped v-neck in favour of a more traditional offering with an actual collar. They’ve also changed the colour of the Liverpool crest from gold to white. New Balance and Standard Chartered remain as the kit manufacturer and sponsor, respectively.
The away kit (purple) and third kit (white) have also been leaked and you can see them below.
