The Bundesliga might be dominated by three or four of its biggest clubs but beyond the Bayern Munichs and Borussia Dortmunds, there are an abundance of German top flight sides with some excellent attacking talent.
Proving this point, the Bundesliga’s official YouTube channel have gone and produced an excellent montage, which includes each side’s best goal from the 2016/17 season.
Featuring some absolute stonkers from the likes of Serge Gnabry for Werder Bremen and Marvin Plattenhardt for Hertha Berlin to delightful finishes from Pascal Gross (now of Brighton) and Naby Keita (RB Leipzig), this video has it all.
Picking one strike out of dozens might be more than a bit tough, but the folks behind the Bundesliga’s YouTube channel haven’t done a bad job here.
The 2016/17 campaign unsurprisingly saw Bayern Munich win the title for the 27th time in their history but they were run closer than expected by RB Leipzig, who finished in second place 15 points behind them despite having only just been promoted.
German giants Dortmund finished in third behind the new boys to secure a place in the Champions League next term.
