Watch: Insane Video Shows How One Man Blagged His Way Backstage At Floyd/Conor London Presser

Those who were in attendance for any of the Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor press conferences this past week certainly experienced a memorable time with two of combat sports’ biggest stars going head-to-head verbally.

However, Zac Alsop’s journey at the London press conference on Friday trumps that of anyone else’s.

The young Englishman made headlines last year, as he and a friend managed to board their way onto a Rio 2016 Olympic parade float. This time around, using Photoshop, a laminator and a brass pair of balls, Alsop found his way backstage in the SSE Arena, Wembley, and got up close to the likes of Conor McGregor and UFC president Dana White.

Fashioning a promoter pass taken from the Instagram account of a ‘Money Team’ member, he made his way through security and into the bowels of the SSE Arena.

Alsop eventually ended up just behind the curtain alongside the UFC lightweight champion as he was being announced by the MC, capturing a great moment in which McGregor angrily reacts to being called the “former UFC featherweight champion”.

The access that Alsop then gets at ringside and again backstage has to be seen to be believed. Perhaps wisely, he backs out of asking McGregor a question at the last second.
