Dave Meier
My name is Dave Meier. I am a former FIFA assistant Referee and these days I work on all things football in the media. When I refereed, I shared pitches with the likes of Dermot Keely, Damian Richardson, Mick Neville, Pat Fenlon, Paul Gascoigne, Roy Keane, Eric Cantona, John Barnes and Kenny Dalglish, to name just a few. These days I do a lot of media work in and around Irish soccer. I have also worked for Sports Tonight TV, BBC Radio, Toronto Radio and regularly write articles on various Barclays Premier League websites. I hope you enjoy my pieces.
